An insurance company who helps multi-family property owners avoid risk through a liability waiver that sits in front of traditional renters insurance policies, they looked and sounded like an insurance company; confusing acronyms, messy product offerings, and an unfriendly and corporate brand feel.

Our Solution

After research told us that their small team atmosphere and human forward customer service was the organization’s greatest asset we simplified their product offering and rebranded the company with a friendly and personality forward face (and a literal face in the logo) that puts their people front and center.
