Sarah Lyman

Sarah joined Redirect as an account supervisor, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in digital communications and public relations. She graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Studio Art. Prior to Redirect, Sarah worked as a campaign manager for a Salt Lake County Council race and served as the Digital Manager for the Salt Lake City Mayor’s Office. Before her work in politics, Sarah worked at a boutique agency in New York City, honing her public relations skills and working with several clients, including Planned Parenthood and Volkswagen. She began her career with Mountain Sports International (MSI), touring North and South America and managing content for three ski and snowboard tours.

Sarah’s background in both the private and public sectors has given her a unique appreciation for the complexity of navigating bureaucratic systems. She thrives on finding more efficient ways to communicate and engage across organizations and stakeholders, constantly exploring new digital tools and creative content creation to promote ideas and brands. When not staring at a computer screen, Sarah enjoys making downtown Salt Lake City her urban playground, with her chihuahua, Chato, by her side. During the winter, if Sarah isn’t working, she’s most likely skiing.
