Emily brings a high level of conceptual thinking and strategic design to Redirect’s visual projects. She is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Advertising and she holds a Master of Art Direction from the Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Her background includes working for multiple agencies in Atlanta, Montana, and Michigan including a stint at Grey Atlanta where she worked on multiple high-profile client accounts including World Market, Georgia Aquarium, and Williams Sonoma. Most recently she spent seven years at Utah’s Snowbird Resort as a senior designer.
Emily believes that every project is part of a larger story for each brand, and she aims to create concepts that work everywhere – from an entire website to a simple call to action. Those details make a business more than a business, but rather a brand with a great story to tell. Bringing art direction from concept to completion at Redirect is Emily’s main goal and she has accomplished this for many clients including: USTAR, Smith’s Tix, Transtex, placemedia, Salt Lake County, El Camino Hospital, and The Eccles Theater. She is always up for a powder day on the hill, finding hero dirt on some single track, and silly time with her three mutts.
