Energizer, a large American manufacturer that's best known for batteries, also produces automotive consumer goods—including air fresheners, leather conditioners, and cleaning sprays and wipes.

Annually, Energizer meets with buyers at top retailers from around the world to present new product lines. These line reviews include an in-person presentation. Of the more than 20 new product offerings in 2016, the company wanted to introduce six new products using video. These videos would allow Energizer to show the products inside and out – illustrating their innovative technologies rather than merely speaking to them.
We created six, 30-45 second product videos for Energizer. By animating the industrial design files, we showcased the inner mechanisms of the products – something that was not possible in prior presentations. We then placed each product in line-art settings for a quirky, fun twist. The narration gives simple explanations and outlines the products’ benefits. In addition to the line reviews, sales reps use these videos to present products to new customers. We ensured these videos could be used in other ways as well–played in a booth at industry conventions, or on the company’s website.
Videos will help Energizer sell approximately $6.3 million worth of units over the next 12 months
For our new product launches, we asked Redirect to create several videos to support our sales team’s presentation to key buyers. We had very little time to get them done.
