Lauren joins Redirect with a strong background in video production and editing. She graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in photojournalism and a minor in film with specialized study in documentary filmmaking in 2017. Before moving to Salt Lake City, Lauren worked for the Pulitzer-award-winning newspaper The Post and Courier in Charleston, South Carolina as a news photographer and videographer.
Lauren’s background in news and information has enabled her to think quickly on her feet. She’s not afraid to think outside the box when it comes to projects and is always willing to try something new to get the shot. Through her work at Redirect, Lauren has produced content for clients such as Kodak, Color of Change during the Sundance Film Festival, JBL Audio, and Parsons Behle & Latimer. When she’s not thinking, sleeping, or breathing video, you can usually find her in her home pottery studio building mugs, bowls, and other fun cylindrical objects on her pottery wheel.
